When busy, the staff has to overcome many tasks as you mention and we constantly focus on delivering a warm and welcoming service to our guests. We hope to be able to welcome you back, so that you will find that we all like our jobs here at the Copenhagen Go Hotel We didn't need much "service," but we didn't have any problems checking in.We booked this hotel because it's only 1 train stop (5 minutes) from Copenhagen airport and much more reasonably priced than airport hotels.
We asked to move rooms when we realised they had not checked out and the second room was much better all round.
The shower area is very small and once you have a shower the floor is wet and stays so for sometime - so you have to walk through this to use the toilet.
BY BUS: From Copenhagen city center by bus-line 30 or 350S until Tårnby station.
Location near Tarnby station is convenient for the centre of Copenhagen and the airport.
I didn't think the staff were very happy and this reflects on the way they treat the customer not impolite just indifferently trying to do their best, but happy staff means happier customers.
Sad to learn that you night was disturbed, but pleased to find the employee took action and that you were moved to another room the following day.You have to ask for a wifi password and each person gets his/her own and you have to retype it each time, so hang on to that slip of paper. The train station is across the street, so you can either cross above ground (kind of tricky by Danish standards, but the road isn't all that busy) or cross underground through the train station. The rooms we were offered were so small we couldn't move around the room andthe bed filled almost the whole room.I think large notices QUIET PLEASE would help to remind others that people are trying to sleep. The rooms are small but it is a budget hotel and ours was very clean ans the beds were comfortable, BUT we had two teenage German boys next door obviously away from their parents and the noise they made was horrendous, we politely asked them twice to stop but after a few minutes of giggles they started again, sudden sharp intermittent banging on the walls. The third time they would not answer the door so we complained to a member of staff and he did come and shout at them through the door as they wouldn't answer the door to him either.
